Dionna Hall is Co-CEO of Miami Realtors® + RWorld and BeachesMLS, serving 94,000+ members across southeast Florida. Leading the world's largest Local Realtor® Association, she oversees 150 staff across 15 offices. Spanning a decade as CEO, she orchestrated five major mergers, including the largest in NAR history, the recent merging of Miami REALTORS® and Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie REALTORS®.

A 7-time honoree by Swanepel200, Dionna spearheaded groundbreaking MLS data-sharing agreements and expanded the "Only a REALTOR®" local consumer campaign nationwide. Hall was the 2024 Chair of CMLS and serves on NAR's MLS Committee and Emerging Technology & Issues Advisory Board. She was honored with Inman's 2025 MLS Reinvented Award and named a 2025 Trailblazer by RISMedia.
